Good to know
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Visiting your property, reviewing your photos and writing the estimate cost nothing, and you are under no obligation to book.
Can you price the job from photos?
Most lawn, cleanup, hedge and snow jobs can be priced from a few clear photos or a short walk-around video. Bigger projects like sod or interlock usually need a quick visit to measure.
How does lawn cutting billing work?
Season plans are billed monthly from May to October. One-time cuts are paid after the visit. Weekly plans get the lowest per-cut price.
Do you take away the leaves and clippings?
Yes. Leaves and yard waste are bagged in paper yard waste bags and set out for City of Toronto collection, or hauled away when you ask.
When does the snow season start?
Snow contracts run November 1 to April 15. We clear the driveway and front walk once snowfall passes the trigger depth in your contract.
Will the online price change?
The online number is a starting estimate. Slopes, access, overgrowth and debris can move it up or down. Your free written estimate is the price you pay.
