Registered charity · Serving the whole city

Nobody should have to
choose between rent and dinner.

Every week, our neighbours and volunteers pack fresh food, tend community gardens and knock on doors to make sure no one goes without.

Our story

Started around one kitchen table. Still run like one.

Common Table began when a handful of neighbours started sharing groceries with the family down the hall. Today, hundreds of volunteers keep that spirit alive: no lineups that feel like lineups, no forms that feel like interrogations. Just people looking out for people.

We believe dignity is part of the meal. That's why we offer choice-based food hubs, grow produce alongside the families who eat it, and bring help to the people who can't make it to us.
